Hillside Golf Club was a very pleasant surprise – it is purported to have the best back nine in golf. I’m not so sure about that, but it is definitely better than most. Additionally, of all of the courses we played on this trip, the members here seemed to be the most friendly and welcoming. It just felt like a friendly place which is quite the feat with a bunch of loud Americans invading your club.
Final thoughts: I really enjoyed this course and would absolutely recommend including this in your plans if you are in the area. It has a great mix of holes and the back nine is indeed pretty special.
