The final course that we played during our 2009 trip to Bandon was the Pacific Dunes course. Considered by many to be the best of the courses at Bandon, I can report that it did not disappoint. Since this was the final course on our trip and we needed to head directly to the airport after the round, I didn’t take as many pictures as I wish I had – maybe next time.
Final thoughts: I do believe that Bandon Dunes is one of, if not the best, golf resorts in the world. Everything is top-notch here, even to the point where they ensure that you have the same caddie for each round (assuming, of course that you don’t ask to switch). I can’t wait to get back out there to play the other courses that have opened since our trip
